S   teve is a Certified Physical Therapist   with specialty training in electro- physiology and nerve testing.    Mr. Stephen A. Freeman PT,  ESC of Crystal Coast EMG-NCV began working with Dr. Joel C. McClurg and Coastal Carolina Orthopaedic Surgeons (CCOS,PA) in their Jacksonville office in 2007.   Mr. Freeman provides electro- diagnostic testing (EMG-NCV) for patients in Onslow County and surrounding counties at the CCOS,PA offices in Jacksonville.
Stephen Freeman is a licensed Physical Therapist, Board Certified in EMG-NCV, with 30 years of electromyography experience.    He is a native of Morehead City, and Carteret County.  He graduated from West Carteret High School. He has worked in the Carteret, Craven and Onslow county area since graduation from Eastern Carolina University. His board certification allows him to perform EMG-NCV testing as well as give professional interpretations to help you diagnose patients with carpal tunnel, radiculopathy, and or neuropathy among other neurologic abnormalities.
